Building a stream PC

Hello!

 

I'm looking into building a mid range streaming PC with my old PC parts (around 2012) if my parts don't sell on eBay. The CPU is an AMD Athlon II 740 and a GIGABYTE GA-F2A88XM-DS2 (ITX) motherboard. Will only be running Windows to record through OBS. Issue is, I need a tiny case, like, tiny. It needs to be big enough to fit a Radeon HD6670 and an Elgato GameCapture HD60 Pro. The case needs to fit under my desk. Also, will this be powerful enough to record games at 1080p 60fps (4000 bitrate) and stream at 720p 60fps (2500-3000 bitrate). If not, I'll totally scrap this idea.

Most of the streamers I know stream at 30FPS, the one that I know streams 60FPS uses a 6700K and 2 980tis in SLI.

Capture Card so I can pass the vide output from my GPU to the capture card, and also consoles/phones if I want. I find the difference in performance over 30 and 60fps is hardly noticeable, but 30fps will do I guess.

 

Now, do you know any cases that are super tiny that can fit those parts?

Why do you need a small case?

 

Any ITX case will work.

Small because I have no room for a moderately sized one, it needs to fit under my desk without blocking rooms for my legs.

And in all seriousness, unless you have a tiny desk, you can fit a full ATX tower.

My main PC is under my desk, I'm thinking the streaming PC can just lay on top. The top of my desk has no room for an ATX case, as it already has 2 monitors, keyboard and mouse, tablet and other stuff
