Does this keyboard have the ability to store LED and macro settings onboard? The last keyboard I purchased from Logitech lacked this function, although for the use case I bought it for it was at worst a minor inconvenience.

I'll buy it just to try it.  I'm a "pro" in the sense I use a mechanical keyboard at both work and home, but it's a Keycool Hero (80% I think) which is a tad smaller than TKL.  With MX Black's.

People are raving over this keyboard.. why? I've tried Romer-G switches and personally, I hate them.
