I'm supposed to be creating a config file for a minecraft server for an autorank plugin (ranker) that allows for two separate lines of ranks based on gender.

 

the problem is. I dont have a clue with this!

 

I'm using the ranker plugin, with permissions bukkit as the ranks, and the ranks are as follows:

 

Guest = 0-5 Hours

Apprentice = 5-24 Hours

Ninja (Male) / Kunoichi (Female) = 24 - 96 hours

Samurai (Male) / Samuress (Female) = 96 - 192 Hours

Daimyo (Male) / Lady (Female) = 192 - 384 Hours

Emperor (Male) / Empress (Female) = 384+ hours

 

any suggestions?

Use MySQL or a flat-file format if you're inclined to store the user's gender. On the player's first visit, require them to enter their gender, and rank them accordingly. Shouldn't be too hard.
