Need help with my build(mainly help with PSU and GPU)

Hey I could use some help lemme make this clear i didnt have a ***** clue what i was doing when i bought this pc but now i know i am doing(uhh kinda sorta....ehhh) so right now my current situvation is a i5-3570k cpu a 450wt powersupply and a intel DH67BL mother board and 8 gigs of ram and 1 samsung ssd and 2 hdd one 500gig and 1TB and a cd/dvd writer but no gpu so now i am thinking of upgrading to a better PSU and then buying a GPU i was first thinking of buying a GTX1050 TI cause it could run just off of a mother board at 70wt(correct me if i am wrong) but i trashed that idea and considered buying a PSU first the buying the superclocked version of GTX 1050 evga but I am not sure which or what wattage of PSU to buy since i spent my time learning Java and CPP on youtube i kinda ignored the hardware part of it and i regret it anyways I am working on a tight budget of  300USD for the PSU and GPU but i might be able to push it a bit beyond 300 and no I dont want to change the mother board and forgot to mention that i dont have a lot of space to work with in the case but i think i can easily fit a dual fan gpu in here

here is some details on my mother board http://ark.intel.com/products/50098/Intel-Desktop-Board-DH67BL

PLS dont roast me for buying this pc cause as i said i didnt know what the dennis i was doing back then :)

if you want you can post a 200 page long reply on what i should do and I will read it.....thanks for the help

do what ever you want for choosing your GPU...

for psu, the bullet point for me are:

- a real brand!

- silence and reluability ( dig articles or tech press )

- independant internal rails

- and at least 850 w

Simple rules:

- If it works, dont update it.

- You don't know how, just do it, you will learn.

- Test, restest, test again, and maybe it will do it.

yup, definitely change that. this is what i'd recommend:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Video Card: Sapphire Radeon RX 480 8GB NITRO+ Video Card  ($209.99 @ Newegg) RS if you don't want rebates.
Power Supply: SeaSonic S12II 520W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply  ($46.89 @ Newegg) CX450M if you can deal with rebates.
Total: $256.88
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

@herman mcpootis showed me that the site that the R9 Fury GPU was on had an incorrect price for it and that it was meant to be more expensive. I couldn't access the site as I am in Australia, so he screenshotted it for me.

idk
