Case and SSD Or CPU UPGRADE

Hey, sry for distrubing you, i wanted to ask your opinion. Ive got 120 euro to spend atm on pc. I can go with ssd and new case. I dont have ssd in my system. Or should i get i5 6500 instead of i3 6100, cause i can prop sell i3 for 100 euro, which equals i5 6500- 220euros.
