Error by shutdown or reset

hi so ive had this message when I go to shut down or rest my pc.
"The instruction at 0x00007FF7D9C18732 referenced memory at 0x000000000000030. the memory could not be written.

I check the ram and the ram is ok there is no problem there.

I need help.

how did you check ram?

try to pull ram out then reboot

shutdown replace ram and reboot
