Difference Between NGFF and 3D Flash Memory, M.2

On this Chinese tech site and this specific assortment of ssd and m.2 drives, there are 2 different m.2. drives, both at the same price as each other and both m.2 drives being cheaper than all the other SSDs one says NGFF and the other 3D flash memory when translated to english, would anyone know the difference or which one to get?

 

thanks, also why are the m.2 drives cheaper than the regular SATA SSDs?

NGFF was a temporary name for the M.2 form factor when it was still in development.

ahhhhh okay then, that helps  ill just get the 3D flash memory cause it sounds cool ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
