so i have lost one of the thumb screws for the tempered glass am i likely to get another one if i contact customer support, does anyone have any experience in similar situation

I was once painting my room. It was empty. 4 walls, floor and ceiling. Absolutely nothing in there. I sat in the middle, popped all the buttons off my keyboard to clean it. When i finished a button was missing. Never found it...
