Hi, guys I need some help building a computer, It is mainly for medium gaming and occasional streaming. I have most of it down, but i need help balancing my BUDGET OF $1500 (not firm max i would push it is $200 more) . The theme is RGB LEDs or blue/black for suttle things. Anything can help. Here are theparts I am for sure interested in buying...

$300 VIDEO CARD: gtx 1070 asus strixs

$180 case: Corsair Crystal 560X RGB ATX Mid Tower Case

$180 mobo: Asus STRIX Z270-E GAMING ATX LGA1151 Motherboard

$(tbd)-cpu cooler- : an aio water cooled one (preferably from corsair OR nzxt)

$(tbd)-ram- : idk (I need 16gb high-speed ram  for now- if in budget i would love led ram, but is also a plausible thing to upgrade in the future) 

$(tbd)-storage- : A high performance to value m.2 nvme SSD (must be under 200$) and 500 gigs or more (i don't need a hard drive)

$( tbd ) -Power supply-: Something that is GOLD rated, MODULAR, SLEEVED CABLES, and 600-800 watts (i may do sli one day)

$( tbd )- Rgb strips- : Have to be compatible with motherboard and aurora sync

Total without the unknown parts is... $930

$(tbd)-cpu cooler- : an aio water cooled one (preferably from corsair OR nzxt) - 110

$(tbd)-ram- : idk (I need 16gb high-speed ram  for now- if in budget i would love led ram, but is also a plausible thing to upgrade in the future) -115

$(tbd)-storage- : A high performance to value SSD (must be under 180$) and 500 gigs or more (i don't need a hard drive)-150

$( tbd ) -Power supply-: Something that is GOLD rated, MODULAR, SLEEVED CABLES, and 600-800 watts (i may do sli one day)-85

I have 500-600 dollars to spend on the above parts, Please help me. i put averages to the right based on what i saw online
