help odd prime95 test ?

hi all,

 

I have an i5 6400 in an msi b150 morter board.

 

when I ran prime95 to give it a workout the readings were strange.

this is a new system build.

 

the chip is 2.7 gig and rated at 65 watts.

 

when I run the test it says cpu usage is 100%, but its only using 40-43 watts and max temps or only 50-53c ?

surely that's very low at 100% cpu usages all four cores working.

 

any suggestions.

Its fine...

Either the measurments are a bit off, or you have a good chip out of the bunch
