Creating a Resume?

Hello,

 

I am currently working on getting a job at one of the local computer shops in my area. And want to improve my chances of getting a job at one of these shops by creating a resume.

 

For this, what kinds of information would be most suitable to put on my resume, and; what would I NOT want to put on my resume? I believe it is important to note that I am currently a junior in high school, despite being 18, however I do not intend on dropping out.
