Busted my screen can't get files, help

So i dropped my phone today and the screen shattered. The screen can turn on but is completely unresponsive to a stylus and my finger. The phone is also in charge only mode, as in when I plug my phone in to a computer it will only charge and the files of the phone will not come up. I was wondering if there was any way for me to get the files in my phone or somehow be able to unlock my phone? It is an Oneplus One (android) phone I believe running on 5.1.1 Marshmallow.

You can try getting the ADB drivers and using ADB to make a backup of everything.
