DemoN - Mass storage Plex/NAS server

Going to change out the CPU and motherboard to Ryzen gear once PCPP updates their database with the new stuff. One thing I want from you guys is to tell me what is going to be my cheapest option for a GPU that can output 4K@60Hz. Won't be using it for gaming, just video playback through Plex.

Have you considered a Kaby Lake cpu using its integrated HD630 gpu?

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

I'd rather not run my server on Kaby Lake. I setup the new list in the OP, that's probably what I'm going to go with.
