Yes, you can use the Windows Installation media to restore your system, or in the worst case install Windows again.

If you don't have one and can't make on on another PC, and this is caused by graphics drivers, you could try removing your graphics card and using the onboard graphics.

Does you mum know you're here?

If it posts and goes to the loading screen of the windows and there it stops, clearly your driver deleted some of the windows files or registry files.(Mine did the same when I updated my 1050ti's drivers and I had to reinstall the windows.)

I suggest you reinstalling the windows or trying to repair it using windows recovery.

Yes my brother has a computer running Windows 8

Use the media creation tool (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10) to make an install USB. It needs to be 8gb or more. After that, boot off it on your computer and select repair your computer.

Yes

open it up and start with this command

bootrec /scanos

Make sure it detects your windows install. If it does, continue.

Next up, use these commands to repair the bootloader files. This should fix it if it is your bootloader

bootrec /fixboot
bootrec /rebuildbcd

Lets go over what each of these do

/fixboot is reinstalling your bootloader so you have a fresh bootloader

/rebuildbcd is fixing the BCD or binary coded decimal. You can read more about it at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Binary-coded_decimal

It's actually /rebuildBCD. capitalization doesn't matter.
