Okay, so i want a video camera rig (excluding audio setup) and i have 1500 dollars to use and i would like to get some recomendations for a rig.

I am going to use it for video/photgraphy so i think  a dslr setup would be the best choice for me, but i am new to cameras.

So what do you recomend for me (camera, sholdermount, lenses etc...)

the lens is around 1000 bucks. so you have 500 bucks left.

for image quality it is really better to invest in good glass in front of the camera. you can always buy a new camera later on.

a 1500 dollar camera with cheap chinese lens is more awfull then a 1000 dollar glass with a cheap camera.

what usecase you are gonna use your camera? allways outside with good lighting? or inside where you need more aperture? or are you gonna do timelapses. double exposures, are you gonna use a flashmount with professional flash equipment? what are you generally using the camera for?

Sony a6300 with the 18-105 f/4

Do you need a stabalized rig? If not just get a cage for the a6300 there are several options.

Later down the road you can invest in more glass. And if you are really serious the new Fujifilm MK 18-55 T 2.9 Cine lens that comes with a native Sony E mount.

What style of shooting will you do with the camera?  There are various ways to rig up a camera, it all depends on what you want to achieve.
