Keyboard Help

I just finished my new build and plugged in my usb keyboard, it worked and I went into the bios to make sure everything was working properly. I finished so I rebooted the computer and the keyboard and mouse weren't working. I plugged in the keyboard to a different computer and it worked. I tried plugging in some different keyboards and they weren't working but my old ps/2 keyboard does work. I don't know what happened, can anyone help me?
