RX 480 Stuttering while looking around

Oh, plus 50%? In that case it might be a bit much of an overclock. I would lower the memory OC in increments of 20 and see if that can stabilize it.

The memory clock is stable. The Core clock is a bit wobbly. But lowering the overclock doesn't change anything.

Every game runs perfectly until i move that mouse.

I have the GPU overclocked to 1370MHz and Memory to 2170MHz. Power Limit to 50 and it doesn't overheat.

Yesterday it still worked normally.

Well set your GPU to stock, and make sure Radeon Chill is disabled

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

Try reinstall the driver with DDU, i had similar problem before and fixed it by reinstalling/upgrading/downgrading the driver.

It happened in Killing Floor 2, GTA V and CSGO. Rocket League seems to work fine. I haven't tested any other games.

Hmm well firstly, using DDU and reinstalling drivers is always a good first solution. You're right about DDU and ReLive, but it will get rid of anything left from previous stuff, then you can reinstall from AMD's software.

If it persists, I'd check your CPU usage. Especially in GTA, which is tough on CPUs. The other's are less clear. Have you tried altering vsync settings? If not, it could be worth disabling vsync, and seeing if there's any difference. Beyond that, are you running at 1080p? If so, you could try limiting the framerate either in game or in AMD Settings.

DDU doesn't work with Relive because it doesn't know it exists. So it would remove that forever or until you uninstall drivers with the AMD software.

False. I've been using it with the ReLive drivers. Update your DDU.
