AMD drivers not working

Guys help me. On friday I tried updating my mobos bios which went south. So on Saturday I changed out my mobo. And now my gpu(R9 380) wont except any drivers. Whenever i try to install the driver, it crashes with this error.

Completely wipe any vestiges of drivers via DDU and boot in safe mode to install a new driver.

Peripherals - Corsair K70 Lux RGB | Corsair Scimitar RGB | Audio-technica ATH M50X + Antlion Modmic 5 |

CPU/GPU history: Athlon 6000+/HD4850 > i7 2600k/GTX 580, R9 390, R9 Fury > i7 7700K/R9 Fury, 1080TI > Ryzen 1700/1080TI > i7 9700K/1080TI.

Other tech: Surface Pro 4 (i5/128GB), Lenovo Ideapad Y510P w/ Kali, OnePlus 6T (8G/128G), PS4 Slim.

80% of the AMDs driver team are working on the VEGA drivers ATM. So there's only 1 person left working on every other driver. Might be outta luck.

i tried the older drivers too. Nothing.

If this doesn't work. Then you have to do the other other thing that works for everyone. Reinstall windows.

Shut down your PC, reseat the card and try again. 

 

If it doesn't work still, check your motherboard manufacturer's website for an updated BIOS if yours isn't up to date.

Im pretty sure this happened when i had my R7 360, what i did to fix it was first run AMD clean uninstall tool (DDU has problems removing all of the Crimson drivers), then go into device manager and find your gpu under display and right click then uninstall, after that reboot and go find where you have downloaded the driver version you are trying to install and run the intaller.

that means reinstalling everything including drivers and browers and stuff. And can take a good long time?
