question i had was if i install windows without a key is there anything left out compared to if id did verify it with a key ?

can i install my other os's and then verify it with a key later?

You can use Windows without verifying it with a key - it'll give you 30 days or whatever to do it, and after that, you'll run in a limited mode, but once you get a key, it's pretty straightforward.

"It pays to keep an open mind, but not so open your brain falls out." - Carl Sagan.

"I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you" - Edward I. Koch

"I didn't die! I performed a tactical reset!" - Apollolol

No its full windows (of a specific flavor) for a limited period of time, which will be atleast 30 days, and can often be extended (look that up if you need to).

Nothings gets added when you do put the key in to verify.
