Any way to stop dust forming on my windowed side panel?

Hi, I have got a Zalman Z9 Neo case with a windowed side panel.

The title pretty much says it all, but When I clean the side panel it is crystal clear but then after about a day marks will form on it.

I am assuming these marks are dust, as they come off with a cloth.

Any tips on how to stop these marks forming?

Thanks :)

I have 2 intake and 3 exhaust, so that means I have a negative air pressure, right?

So if I were to swap the direction of one fan, it should help?
