Freezing/Stuttering

Every 10 mins or so a lot of games recently just started freezing up for a few seconds then resuming. Games like Gta that didn't do this before are now doing it.. I tried roll backing my drivers and that hasnt solved it. Any suggestions on what it could be or what to do to fix would be great. Thanks
