K95 makro key problem

Hey LinusTechtips community,

I just recently bought a Corsair K95 vengeance white led keyboard.

Not all makro keys are working. I played around with it a little bit and some more started working. 

Has anyone some suggestions? Also the firmware update does not semm to work.
