Denied accses from folder

Go to solution Solved by davidna2002,

type EVERYONE in the Object name box.  Also if it is hidden you can go to folder options and check the box that says display hidden and system files/folders.

So, i want to access C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\ but it wont let me change the security ON MY OWN PC!

How do i get around this?

What is it doing? Asking for admin authorization, or giving you a code or anythingl like that...?

Try right clicking on the C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\ file, go to  Properties>Security>advanced>change. It'll ask you for an admin password, then you should be able to select your account an authorize it. Otherwise, it's most likely been encrypted.

I can't right click it because it is a hidden file in the program files folder
