H100i + Corsair Link Issues

So, I have an H100i, and the logo lights up the color of your choice on the pump, I have 4 fans connected to it running through Corsair Link. However I have it set to a static color, and its always been fine until I updated Corsair Link. Basically now it flashes white and the led fans flash in tandem with the led on the pump. When I had the old corsair link it didn't do this (when the software was garbage) but now, updated to the newest version it does this flash every like 12 seconds or so. I also noticed now usually when I want to download something overnight I set my fans to 500 rpm and let it run, but today at 500 rpm the 2 led fans I had kept shutting down and spinning back up to 1000 rpm and then back down. I set it to 600 and they are holding fine now, but still flashing.
