Budget Pc build

My pc doesnt work anymore so I decided to build a pc on the cheap.

 

Does this pc http://www.ebay.it/itm/HP-XW6400-Motherboard-2x-LGA771-fur-Xeon-CPU-575-Netzteil-B-Ware-/302185912564?hash=item465baf18f4:g:Zp8AAOSwUKxYa4fz#rpdCntId  with this cpu http://www.ebay.it/itm/Intel-Xeon-L5410-SLBBS-2-33GHz-12MB-1333MHz-Socket-Sockel-771-Quad-CPU-Processor-/272321458217?hash=item3f679fb029:g:16YAAOSw0fhXmIKw will work fine for playing games like League of Legends.

Of course I plan to put it my old gpu the msi 770.

Will I be able to play League with decent frame rate?

I mean, just about everybody would say it. There lower SKU lineup should have something you are looking for.  However, I am not waiting for Ryzen, I already per-ordered a 1700. Lol.

GPU: XFX RX 7900 XTX

CPU: Ryzen 7 7800X3D

Is it your first build? whats the budget.

No its not my first custom pc as I had actually a very good pc but then the cpu died and the motherboard with it. So i wouldn't like to spend much money on it, about 200 € for motherboard and cpu

Yeah Im guessing it will as long as the supports there.
