I have a program in chinese Specifically a driver. I've gone through it and see no option ti change language help

"Game" implies this program is not a driver and seeing how this is from a Chinese website, what makes you think they have an English UI option?

Well it is a driver I can tell you that.I was thinking about maybe like another program that I can maybe take screenshots.it recongizes the text and then translates
