2 Gpu's, dedicated gpu for rendering

Hi, I was wondering if it is possible to have two gpu's in the same desktop. But one is dedicated to video editing. I am planning on building a gaming/video editing pc with a i7-7000k and a gtx 1080. is it possible to throw in a NVidia quadro k4000? https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA5YV4TG9356

That's basically what I do for rendering. As long as the program lets you specify your compute device, this will work fine.

I was going to use either Davinci resolve or adobe premiere pro
