So im trying to help setup a pc for a friend and here are the constraints it must be at or under $700 with a bother board and monitor but no keyboard or mouse as i have one for her and she wants to use it for like game like overwatch and skyrym and for art with some drawing pad she has and stuff in photo shop

 

this is what i have but i cant realy find were to make it cheaper and i dont even have a monitor in it lol

Buy a windows key off the microsoft software buy swap reddit. Save you around 70$

get your OS from reddit for $20-30, leave it deactivated for now if you can't afford it.

armor is same costs

more reputable brand (MSI) with better Coustemer support in case you need it

Cards don't crash (at least mine did but it is stable now, kind of but sometime the fan would go up to 100% for no reason)

the armor is OOS, but turns out the armor OC is cheaper so i'll edit it. don't really see how powercolor is less reputable than MSI imo, they've been around quite some time now.
