Need Help with Headset Splitter Cables.

So I've been wanting to use the analog ports of my rig with my  headset, the HyperX Cloud 2. But the only problem is its a 4 pin, with audio and the microphone in one, while my ports use 3 pin. Anyone know of a good headset splitter I can use to connect my 4 pin headset and split it to my rig's audio and microphone jacks?? I have been looking around for some and I have found something but I do not know if it will work at all. Only thing is if it does work is its a little too short.

One thing I also need is length like more than 30 inches if possible as it will be connected to the rear of my PC which is on the opposite side of where the wire goes from my headset to my PC and not the front I/O (Want to keep things clean on the front of my case).
