Why hello. Back here again for more help.

A while ago I used my flash drive to get debian up and running on my laptop. And by a while I mean a long while ago.

Now if I try to reformat the drive within Windows it says it will only have 2.3GB capacity. (It's a 16GB model) I remember there were special instructions on how to get the drive back to normal however I cannot find those anymore. If there's a utility on Linux or if I need to use magic does anyone know what I can use? As I said regular Windows formatting pretty much is the issue here.

If anyone is confused about my question I'll be here all day.
