Chrome stutters playing youtube fullscreen fix..enable flags in Edge.

Those of us trying to play youtube fullscreen over the last (?2?) years have notice very bad stuttering not related to internet lag or buffering.  Whereas Edge plays buttery-smooth. Well I found my fix after about a year of frustration. Chrome still doesn't work for me, but was FINALLY able to get Edge (on win10 64-bit) to accept 4k vp9 codecs after I stumbled across this reddit. Which I'm not able to link to! Just the whole reddit. In any case, solution is to  'Write about:flags on the address line and find "Enable VP9 video format" and set it to always on. Restart browser. ' according to JP76. And wow does that do the trick. 4k vids playing smoothly in fullscreen on my 4k ips monitor without stuttering. Finally!
