Help with Gaming PC!

Could anyone help me build a pc with this website? I live in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and the parts available are all here..

Info:

-click + to add another part 

-Green/Red

-After clicking "Next" in green after completing can not be edited

-Send Link here after clicking "Next"

-Last point 32 can choose up to 4 under MORE THEN RM 6500

 

Requirements:

-Razer Deathstalker Chroma Keyboard

-Logetich G633

-Razer Sphex Mouse Pad

-Windows 10 Home (not trial)

-Microsoft Office 2016 Home

-Blue/White theme

-NZXT Noctis 450 White

-Water Cooled (not required but would be nice)

-SHOULD NOT BE MORE THEN RM9500 (including all other requirements)

-No Montior

Why Office 2016? just wondering

most or some parts aren't available in malaysia.. also shipping is expensive

I've looked through and its pretty nice.. I could try to lower down the price and wondering 

also i meant Logitech 633 Headset not the mouse

Edit: Why not get a cheaper motherboard and get i7 7700k?

He doesn't need a 1.5KW PSU. That is overkilling an overkill. A 550w PSU would do him fine.

doesn't suit the theme also.. over price as well as motherboard unavailable
