FPS Drops

Hello everyone

Currently using an MSI GT72VR 7RE Dominator Pro and Specs are listed Below:

 

- Intel 7th Gen Processor i7 7700HQ

- Geforce GTX 1070 8GB DDR5

- 16 GB DDR4

- 17.3 Full HD Display 120hz 5ms response time

-  Windows 10 Home

 

I pretty much ONLY play Overwatch, and i use V-Sync and cap my FPS at Display based which is 120, and i also have my screen resolution set at 1920x1080 (120) and my graphics are set to low, and recently its been dropping under 120 FPS, and im getting FPS drop spikes a LOT more frequently too, how do i fix this? if anyone knows how to fix it that would be great!
