Can't boot after disabling Hyper-V

I didn't like hyper-v anymore for my purposes so I tried to disable it using the windows "Add or Remove features" function and when that didn't work, I used power-shell. After running power-shell though, I can no longer stay logged into windows for longer than a minute. I have a portable Linux install, safe mode works, and a laptop to download things. The reason I can't stay logged in is because a blue screen with the error, "DPC WATCHDOG VIOLATION" and this happens every time expect when I'm in safe mode. I also have a startup key, my hard drives are bit locker encrypted, and I have a pin (probably overkill but eh)

 

EDIT: I can now boot and am using my computer right now, attaching the bsod files

Maybe I'm stupid, but I think the error code you're getting means you are breaking some sort of firewall or something. Maybe try disabling all of them?

I'll try that, I did just install private firewall

Ok, it worked now and hyper-v is now uninstalled, thanks for the help
