New build installing drivers

wml52

It's been many years but I've decided to attempt a new build. I do however have a question regarding the best method to install drivers.

Method 1: Use the supplied driver CDs and update once installed?

Method 2: Download latest drivers from mfg's site onto a flash drive and install?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Bill

Well you'll end up D/L'ing the updated drivers upon installation anyway... might as well get it up to date right off the bat, that way you don't have artifacts from old drivers.

That's pretty much what I thought but just wanted a second opinion. Thanks!
