RivaTuner Uninstall

1. MSI Afterburner

2. RivaTuner 

 

I keep trying to close out of RivaTuner, but it keeps poping back up again as soon as I hit the X. 

 

I also tried to kill the program directly with the task manager. It just pops back up again. 

 

I haven't seen this with a program for 10 years or so. It's really strange to see this. Where you can't kill it with task manager. That's usually 100% for myself. 

 

Before I remove it a special way is there anyway this could be a sign of a bad overclock on a card (GTX 1070)?

I think it is needed with afterburner which is why it may not close.

It won't minimize at all to the try. As soon as I click the "X" it disappears and pops back up in a second.
