Astro A50 Help

Hey guys!

 

I'm having issues with my Astro A50s. The audio cut out earlier today, and nothing I do seems to work. I've reinstalled drivers, restarted my computer, re-paired the headphones to the mixamp a dozen times, nothing. The mixamp is plugged in and powered on, I'm only using USB and no optical audio, the headphones and mixamp pair, the headphones are recognized by my computer, and my computer even registers that audio is playing when looking at the Sound menu. On top of all that, when using the ear cup mixer, audio beeps from the headphones themselves sound off just fine. I can not, for the life of me, figure this out.
