GPU before or after CPU in a loop?

So I already have a custom CPU loop, but am about to add a GPU to it. Just wondering if it matters weather or not I put the GPU before or after the CPU (temps wise).

It makes no difference, the speed that the fluid move through the loop doesn't effectively make a difference in real world performance.

What ever is easiest to do or what looks best. In one rig I do the CPU first, in my other I do the gpu first. Makes no difference to me the temp changes if any are negligible.
