GTA V unable to initialize directX 9

Hello 

Soo everytime i try to launch gta5 this happens

I have a gtx 960

 

I have always been able to play gta 5 with no problem but now i just started it as usual and it says that can anyone pls help me 

i have installed all the latest drivers from Driver Booster 4 and even tried reinstalling the whole game
