Dimensions Imcompatible

So I bought the Cooler Master Elite 110A which has an 8.3 inch maximum for a VGA. Only problem is my Asus GTX 960 Strix that I bought is 8.5 something, due to my bad planning. Can I maybe push it a bit over and fit the 960 in?

Nope, the case measures what the back of the case and how far the card can go before it reaches the front of the case or where the front of the case mounts you cannot pass it.
