Windows 10 BSOD

Mike87

Hi all,

I have a PC that shows me a BSOD after starting the next day... The error is 0x000021a. I've searched the web and found no solution...

Fact is:

-I can read all the files located on the SSD with an boot CD. Everything seems fine. I've cloned all partitions to another SSD just in case there may be an error on the 1st SSD

-I can't boot into safe mode -> crashes and brings me back to the BSOD.

-The Dell Diagnostics show me no errors

I know that I could just reinstall Windows but this is company PC and it will be a LOT of work to reinstall everything... Is there any good tool or onboard solution with what I could repair windows? I've tried the automatic repair but it also didn't help. I don't understand how all of the sudden windows 10 gets broken -_-

I've tried a few commands from the internet that I put in the CMD with the Windows10 CD: sfc /scannow and DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth but both don't work somehow...

Any ideas? O.o

My Setup:
CPU: i7 4790 @3800 MHz, MB: MSI H87-G41, Grafik: Gigabyte GTX 1080TI, RAM: 2x 8GB DDR3 (1600), Storage: Samsung SSD 850 Evo

Shouldn't be because we haven't rolled out any updates in the last days...

Can you maybe tell me how I run sfc /scannow on a BSOD PC? I seem to be doing something wrong.

You need to boot up on a USB that has windows on it.

Go to Advanced troubleshooting I believe and choose the command prompt. You do it from there.

I finally got it to scan with sfc /scannow. Nothing found...

I've also restored the reg files (system, software, etc.) but still the BSOD.

It can't be that Windows Breaks just like that...

So there is no more possibility? :(

Last thing I'd try is the DISM command - if that doesn't work then I'm afraid there's no way around a format.
