hello everyone..i just want to that why my motherboard temperature 4 is on high

VRM temperature. VRMs are what supply the power to the processor, and are not cooled by fans  - but they're built to run hot hot hot. They're a little high, but most boards are built for 100C+.

what abt temp 1,2,3 5,6 why r they low ?only 4 is worrying me i hv noticed now

1, 2, 3, 5, 6 are all temperature probes around the board. Like PCI-E slots, air temps, etc. They're usually meant to be 30-40C while idling. 

4 is VRMs.

If temp 4 is not under load this would worry me on the basis that once that particular area is under load it will go up in temps

Stick a fan over the VRM's, i got ~20c drop on my old setup - FX-8370 4.7ghz 1.428v on a Sabertooth 990fx 2.0.
