NZXT Hue+ not working!

Hello!

 

My hue+ isn't working after changing my case and re-installing the hue+. The LED strips aren't working and there's just a super dim light blinking from the hue itself. CAM software doesn't recognize it neither.

is the usb cable and power cable plugged in propperly?
