Problem with using certain symbols

So Hias,

 

I just started to have this problem, were I can't use some symbols which require the ctrl + alt pressed at the same time.

It seems to be very localice to certain keys, like number row 1-6 from 7 and upward it works fine again.

 

Fiddled with the Language settings since though that might be the issue and also someone suggested to check those.

To no avail, and I dunno why but with all the rebooting, it somehow returned my bios settings to close to default and kicked my oc out of the house, along with bios profiles.

 

Oh I am using windows 7 (pro, 64bit)

And as keyboard, some old logitech wireless (had bundled with mouse, but that I threw in to trash can), with finnish (scandinavian layout with all those äöå, )

 

For all those who have any ideas I thank yee.

Maybe you are getting keyboard rollover?
