Some questions about setting up an e-GPU

I'm planning on getting a cheap GTX 750 Ti to be an e-GPU for my laptop. So, right now, here are the components I think I need (correct me if I missed out on any):
1. Graphics card (of course )
2. PCIe 16X e-GPU holder thingy
3. Power supply
4. Cables to connect them all together

The thing is, on my local online store, the boards only have a USB 3.0 port and a MOLEX connector. I have 2 USB 3.0 ports on my laptop. Does this mean I can just use 1 of the USB 3.0 ports? I see most e-GPU users remove their WiFi card so that they can plug in their e-GPU to the mini PCIe slot. So, with USB 3.0, do I not need to do that anymore? HERE is the e-GPU adapter I'm planning on getting. I can't seem to find the e-GPU adapter that most people use (image below). So, is the one I plan to get good enough and do I need to add anything extra? Thanks!

I don't think that you can run graphics through usb. Should be thunderbolt to do that.

Ok I just found out that the USB 3.0 cable that comes with the e-GPU adapter isn't for connecting to my laptop's USB 3.0 port. Instead, it is just a link between the e-GPU adapter and the mini PCIe header which will connect inside my laptop which means I have to remove my WiFi card to be able to utilize it.
