Problem:
* The computer freezes after being in use for an hour.
* The computer's memory shows a steady climb of usage until it is maxed.

-memory will continue to rise for~ 1hr. until Pc freeze
-memory will fill up faster especially if downloading
-already ran through multiple malware/virus scanners
-newly built computer, so little to no downloads

What all programs are actively running? Try to monitor from the time you turn the PC on until it's full. You can see what app uses the most memory.

Main System: Phobos

AMD Ryzen 7 2700 (8C/16T), ASRock B450 Steel Legend, 16GB G.SKILL Aegis DDR4 3000MHz, AMD Radeon RX 570 4GB (XFX), 960GB Crucial M500, 2TB Seagate BarraCuda, Windows 10 Pro for Workstations/macOS Catalina

Secondary System: York

Intel Core i7-2600 (4C/8T), ASUS P8Z68-V/GEN3, 16GB GEIL Enhance Corsa DDR3 1600MHz, Zotac GeForce GTX 550 Ti 1GB, 240GB ADATA Ultimate SU650, Windows 10 Pro for Workstations

Older File Server: Yet to be named

Intel Pentium 4 HT (1C/2T), Intel D865GBF, 3GB DDR 400MHz, ATI Radeon HD 4650 1GB (HIS), 80GB WD Caviar, 320GB Hitachi Deskstar, Windows XP Pro SP3, Windows Server 2003 R2

All programs take up roughly the exact memory from start (excluding malware trackers that do their scans ) but the % of memory usage keeps rising until the freeze.

But on what particular program?

no active programs, I can leave computer on straight from boot and memory will rise with time

Hmm, can you try to reinstall Windows? Or try safe mode?

Another note is that I've been trying gaming, and have had a ludicrous amount of studdering with my ram consistently maxing out                                                                         The motherboard had trouble accepting the RAM and my computer guy notes that he had a lot of trouble flashing the Bios onto the motherboard.

unless you really need to there's no real reason to flash bios. have you try different ram or mobo?

https://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboBundleDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.3314680 thinking about upgrading to something like this                                   the motherboard wasn't accepting the DDR4 2400 and the new i5 7500 was being finicky so he tried flashing the newest bios to see if it would work
