Gpu fan noise

My gtx 1070 fans seem to make this noise when they start and stop spinning, like they are grinding on something. When they spin, nothing only when they start or stop. I noticed this because my fans turn on when the gpu goes over 60c so it goes 61 then fans turn on and cool it down to 60 then the fans turn off and it heats up to over 60 again. It's the middle of the night so I will see if one of the fans are hitting something tomorrow, but what could cause this? Any help appreciated.

It could be that the fan is loose and is hitting something, or it could be one that was baddly lubed in the factory.

When this happened to my GPU, I got a Kraken G10 and a Corsair H55. My GPU cooler is now a decoration on my bookshelf.

This is what I thought at first, but wouldn't the sound be there then when the fans are on too? At least it still has warranty since its only 2 months old...
