Possible high airflow silence?

I've been thinking of finally making some changes to my rig to possibly quiet it down.Currently I have 4 sp120 performance editions on 7v adapters on quiet mode on my h100i,A 140mm mounted on velcro for vibration dampening that is also 7v,a 120mm from the h100i mounted on in the lower 5 1/4 bays thats attached to the part the haf x comes with(screwed on with o rings) at 7v,and the other 120mm from the h100i at 7v mounted on o rings as an exaust. Also the 200mm on the side panel and 220mm in the from that it came with.As you can see i don't keep any of my drive bays in except the one i have populated, Thats to increase air to my sli. Before getting my second 660ti i didn't have the 2 120mm fans installed in the disk bays and as an exhaust i only had the 140 as an exhaust,i could bring my system down to near silent the only thing you could hear was the pump on the h100i(witch is very annoying).When I added my second 660ti my top card became quite hot hitting around 87c during game sessions .Now it maxes out around 80c,But my system is quite loud.Does anyone have any suggestions to ways around this?Is there any cases that are silence optimized that wont make my temps go up? under load gpu 1 80-83c gpu 2 74-78c cpu 50-60c depending on ambient temps.I have heard quite a bit about fractal cases and corsair cases but Im worried that the noise dampening will raise my temps.

Fractal Design Define R4 and fit out with noctua's.Depending on board clearance you h100i should fit.

 

.... Or just ware some headphones. :D

I wish I had the money to 100% liquid cool my system right now but sadly I don't.I love the r4 but i wouldn't be able to fit my push pull into it  :( .
