You should also spend a bit more and get a bit better PSU potentially, could easily do it by spending less on the case and getting something like a Masterbox 5 or N200, those run about $50 USD

As for the CPU you really don't need an i5 for 60hz gaming, but you should invest in a Z270 board anyways so you have an upgrade path in any case

This test has a 6500 which is a bit slower, but the Pentium G4560 stays over 60fps most of the time at 1/3rd the cost

Yes by ordering from Amazon, on the GPU alon I'm saving aproxemetly 50$-70$, Take this specs in Israel withe let say the Asus 1060 6G oc dual fan will be almost 1200$ and I can get most of the parts beside the case and the ssd in 893$ and if I buy those two in Israel I will get to 1000$.
Which PSU will you recommend for me? the other cases I couldnt find in Israel, and the shipment is very expensive.

If I will go for the Z270 I will need to buy a-K CPU and I'm not intend to overclock my computer.

About the G4560 I prefer the I 5 because it has 4 real cores.

Hi everyone.
I'm trying to find out if there is a real difference between all the versions of each card in terms of FPS because the dry numbers doesn't tell the whole story.
If the difference is in the 5-10 FPS so the I would take the cheapest card there is.

It's most likely not even 5-10 FPS to be honest, the main difference will probably be temperature and silence depending on model, and therefore overclocking differences.

From what I've heard pascal cards performance tend to be pretty equal.

I live in Israel, my budget is about 1000 Dollars becaus all the VAT we pay here.

I better of buying a card on amazon and ship it to me because it will save about 50 Dollars.

My question was originlly to find out the real difference between the 1060 card and I believe that it applies to the 1070 and the 1080.

the pc I want to build is:

CPU: I5 7600

Motherboard: Asus Prime H270M-PLUS

RAM: Corsair Vengence LPX 2X4 DDR 4 2400 MHZ

SSD: Corsair Force LE 240GB

PSU: Corsair CXM 450W 80+ Bronze

Case: Corsair 240 airflow/carbid spec m2

Monitor: still looking for one

The difference is minor a best with a card like the GTX 1060, it's very cool so even the worst cooler can keep it a good temperatures. Just get the cheapest that fits the rest of your build look. You can also get the RX 480, on par in DX11 and better in DX 12 games so far, just make sure that you have a good CPU with (the i5 7600 is good) and it will be a good alternative if you are fine with the a tad higher power draw and temperature (which will be fine if you get a good RX 480 card like the XFX GTR or the MSI gaming X )

It does have better performance especially in CPU heavy games like total Warhammer, but if you start with the Pentium and having the Z270 board you can jump straight to the i7 7700K at some point, If you start with an i5, it doesn't make much sense to later upgrade to the i7 since it's like $300 something and all you gain is some multi-threaded performance

It's fine, but ya know, opinions and all

Although you should really get an RX 480 over the 1060

is it any GPU from the US amazon?

Thanks for the videos, it's make the decision harder, it applys to every gpu I've tested there is a difference of 50-70$ and I thing maybe I can get along with the integreted card for a while and take the 1070 it will cost an extra 100$ but the I will have to find a psu that have a 550w at least any recommendation? About the i7 by the time I will upgrade the system I will have the money to take a new cpu maybe it will be the 8th gen. The z270 is much more expensive for the build, has mor options but the whole build will be around 1500$ because of that.

Do take shipping costs and import fees into consideration. I too would pick the Rx 480 over the 1060, due to longer driver support, DX12 going forward, and ability to Crossfire (Crossfire support also more prevalent on non-expensive mobos) the XFX GTR is nice and the replaceable fan is an excellent innovation from XFX. However its one of the most expensive models due to its popularity and reputation. The Sapphire Nitro and Asus Strix are also excellent.

The shipping costs are already included that is what amazing, we pay a lot for no reason, If I will go on the Rx 480 I will probably take Asus because they have service in Israel so if something go wrong I won't have to ship the card to them.

Wouldn't order the RAM just yet unless you see a good deal on like 3000mhz RAM

I don't really want to overclock this is why I don't think on z170/270 motherbords so a 3000mhz ram doesn't give me anything at all that why I stay on the 2400mhz,

Did a little checkup, what is your opinion on the G4620? it's more expensive and Ifound it can hold a little bit more then the G4560.

Now if this is with the RX470 or the GTX1060 6GB, I will see how I can fit or the RX480 or maybe in the budget limit the GTX 1070

Only .2ghz higher, not worth it unless it's just about the same price

the RX 470 competes with the 1050ti, not the 1060 6GB, that'd be the 8GB 480

Thanks, I think that the parts that I will use are those:

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/rjPDM8

and the GPU I will see if it will be the RX480 8GB or maybe I will invest a little more for the GTX 1070

Hope to uplode the build soon.

If your display is 1080p 60hz you aren't going to need the extra power from the 1070, the 480 will be more than enough

The question is for how  long I can stay with the RX480? If I would like to upgrade I don't want to spend a lot in one time by upgrading the Cpu, Gpu.

Probably a good while given it's DX12/Vulkan scaling, it's generally hitting the 80s-90s for high settings in decently optimized AAA games, and most of those are DX11 still.

Then you get something like DOOM with Vulkan and it's over 144fps easily

Besides that by the time it really can't be used anymore there's going to be newer cards with newer technology available for the same price with Vega/1070 performance at $200 ish
