A week ago my internet started to kinda slow down. By that i mean that some websites (youtube, reddit etc.) are taking a while or won't load, and some online game services won't work (mainly GTAO).

My question is?

-what is causing my problems?

-how can i fix them?

PS. Down speeds seems to be stable even though internet is having some bad days, and i'm using wired connection on windows 10.

No. Unless you have some kind of malware eating your connection in the background or neighbours stealing your wifi xD

Does you mum know you're here?

AVG and Avast are pretty good.

Can't you test the network speed on your phone to rule out all pc related isssues?

I did that, on my phone down was 7,33 mb/s (wireless) and on my desktop was about 14 mb/s (wired), but when i tried to test my speed connection on my phone just now, it won't even begin the test.

But one thing that is still bugging me is the fact that when i use my discord it seems to work just fine even though my internet is down.

If another device is getting better speeds, but your PC isn't I doubt it's the ISP. You could check your Usage details, type 'data usage overview' in the search bar, then click 'usage details' to try and see if something is sucking the life out of your bandwidth. Check your Ethernet cables or if you are using WiFi then maybe just try with an Ethernet cable. I use a tool thats a bit more advanced then 'netstat' and can give a better look at current connections which you can get here http://netstatagent.com/
